Hi, my name is tom, and I have a 76 kz 900a (pics later this week). Im in need of new valve guides, and seals. I was wondering if anybody has used pit stop performance In Orlando, or if they have recomendations. I could try a local machine shop, but I would rather use someone that knows these old bikes. By the way, great site here, it has been very informative.

Mine:
04 Honda rebel 250(wifes)
04 GSXR 750(bolt on galore)
98 CBR 600F3(filter, pipe, adjustable cam sprokets, dyno tune)
76 KZ900A (LTD gauge pods, crash bars, LTD(style)pipes, dyna coils and ignition, headwork and mild port cleanup by cavanaugh racing, K&N filter pods, heck I dunno.

Joe at Pitstop treated me right on new pistons and fitting them to my cylinders. Good prices and timely work. I will use him again

Most are reputable. 2 or 3 advertise on this site.

I'm in Pittsburgh, kind of assume its gonna run 80 bucks or so round trip to ship em(drop in the bucket). It a shame most wives don't understand the insane urge to throws hundreds and thousands of dollars at old motorcycles. Also, do I have to type in the code for every post, or does it quit that after a while

Well Big T. You're in luck because Big LC is only 75 miles away from you in West Virginia. "Larry Cavanaugh" is a member here that knows a little about Cylinder Heads. :)

If you check the "remember me" or whatever box before logging in at the top of the forum, it shouldn't ask you every time.
