Drain the oil and see what it looks like. If theres any water, I'de take it apart. If oil is just black or looks ok, have a compression check done and pull valve cover and see what it looks like.

After several hours finally figured out how to disassemble forks. Most everything is disassembled and waiting for refurbish. Next step may be sandblast then to buy a powdercoat gun then look for free oven on side of road to bake parts. We'll see.
