I have the actual book but not in PDF format. What specifically do you want to know?

The KZ900 manual may help until the KZ1000 manual becomes available.

Thank you sir, I appreciate the help! I've actually been using the Clymer's 900 manual for my past workings.... Just hoping I can find the actual service manual for MY bike.

That's all in the main manual. The supplement isn't really much of anything important. Wiring schematic in B&W, the minor differences...turn signals, accelerator pump adjustment, stuff like that.
If it's a 79, that was the split year. Early models have a 15 pin crank and late models have a 16 tooth. Both have the new style alternator. The way to tell which crank before you tear it down is to count your cam sprocket teeth. They will be double the crank teeth.
First year for drilled disks, new style engine covers with allen head bolts and clean air exhaust port heads with emissions hoses and cut valve. First year for accelerator pumps on the carbs. Carbs are 26mm, 102.5 main jet, 5cn29 adjustable needles, 15 pilots.
First year for automatic cham chain tensioners. Ball lock type. I suggest modifying it to make it manual lock. It's simple.

Is the link to the main manual that I provided the CORRECT main manual though?
I'll have to count the crank teeth for the cam chain and get back to ya. Don't have to count the cam gear teeth as the engine is already fully dissasembled.
Everything you said is correct for my bike. Carb stats don't apply to mine anymore though as I'm running Mikuni RS34s on it now.
I've been hearing about that automatic tensioner being bad and think I will go ahead and switch it over to a manual tensioner like an APE. How do you properly set the tension with one of these?
Thanks!
