I've got good compression and spark, but it's not getting fuel. I stripped, cleaned and rebuild the carbs, reseated a new set of manifolds with clean air filters. The plug is dry. I pulled the plug and hit the starter with the throttle open and there was no puffs of air/fuel mix coming out. It's as if the valve is just not opening. Any thoughts on what I should do next? In addition, the #3 header does not get as hot as #1/#4.
