You can buy APE cam sprockets that take the early roller style chain and have the 2 bolt fixing of the GPZ cams but they are 32 tooth to go with the mk2 16t crank only.
The reason for this is that the diameter of the 30 tooth cam sprocket is smaller and the chain will interfere with the sprocket mounting bolts and camshaft flange.
There is scope to modify the std 30t sprocket, you need to machine the center bigger and drill 2 new slotted mounting holes and clearance the flange and bolt heads but its all very close and doesn't leave much meat around the threaded holes to play with.

The reason we only made the conversion sprocket in 32 tooth is because at the time the turbo funnybikes were using the GPZ cams. However, they all used the 16T Mk 2 crank pin.

After removing the damping rubber off the sprocket faces you will need to open up the center (on a lathe) to fit over the GPZ's boss then mark through the cams threaded holes to get the position for the two mounting holes.
You will have to make them slotted for accurate timing.
The side plates of the camchain will actually touch the the bolt heads and the mounting flange on the other side so some clearancing is required.

I went as far as modifying the sprockets but didn't go ahead with the clearancing as i ended up getting a good 16t crank in a trade.

As mentioned, the clearancing required doesn't look like it will leave much material around the threaded holes on the flange and the clincher in not going ahead at the time was the trimming of the bolt heads as i didn't want to risk failure of the bolts and subsequent carnage.
