last night i was work on the motorcycle and it was blowing back in thou cylinder 4 intake valve so i check the gap between the valve and cam it was .003 the book says should between .003-.007 then i pulled the cylinder head off and put fluid down there its no fluid getting by the valve. I double check my timing very thing was ok there.. I'm confused as hell..

If not already done, would double-check connections of signal wires to the ignition coils to assure they aren't reversed.

Good Fortune! :)

I check that the red 12 volt was going to the + on the coil both sides. i'm going to put the old cylinder head back on the motorcycle tonight i swapped it last year.. maybe take the valves out of the that head and rebuild it..

It's the "signal" wires that sometimes get erroneously reversed (not the red or red/yellow battery power wires).

Odd that it's only the one cylinder - would also verify cam timing (tooth count) if you reassembled the head recently. That's what I've seen happen when one tooth off.

I count it starting off the ex cam line was 0 and the intake line was in between 45-46. i have pulled this bike a part like 5 time never had this problem.

They called me cylinder 2 had a bent intake valve and intake 1,4 need turned.. cylinder 3 intake valve needs a valve sit maybe.. its going to be 40 dollars to cleaning all the valves and measuring them. If it need the valve sit its going to 60 dollars.. so that's the problem with the cylinder head.. :-)
