Proper head and cams

I have a torn apart kz750 motor w/parts, and an 82 GPz 750 head minus cams. Right now, the bike runs pretty damn good, but I have been wondering if I should build the 750 motor. Put the 750/810 big bore cylinders and GPZ heads with bigger cams.
Do you think there would be a big performance increase? Enough to warrant building the 750 and tearing the 650 apart? What are the biggest cams you recommend for street use?

The 750 head flows 10CFM more @10" of water than the 650. With an 810 piston kit, I'd go that route.
