any recomendations on this bike..possible hp numbers...reliability of shaft and what not..

Rated at 102 hp @ 8000 rpm. Kawasaki shaft drives have always been considered generally quite reliable. It was the first and last of the big ZN series...all things considered, it is a rare motorcycle.
