Cold cylinders was created by b4schroer
1979 KZ 650.

My first question is this: After a minute or so of startup, is it possible the two pipes closest to the exhaust will be significantly more hot than the two further away?

I have spark in all 4 plugs, but she seems to be running slightly rough~~ So I felt the 4 pipes coming out, the left 2 were relatively cold and the right two were hot. This made me think that only 2 cylinders are firing..... which doesn't make much sense since I have spark all around and that the two obviously firing are coming from seperate coils.

The answer I'm looking for is whether my investigating has shown the left 2 cylinders(cold ones) to be not firing or that I have not let engine get hot enough and they are probably firing.

* I will address the running rough after. Could be timing.

Thanks
