Almost there.... was created by davidnard
Hi all,
Making progress on getting my bike back on the road. I'm having an odd problem though now, and I'm wonder if its due to my assembling something wrong.
Had to pull apart the clutch area to replace the shift pin plate, which somehow I bent the hell out of. Got everytthing back together, bike neutral light says its in neutral, yet the bike doesnt roll very easily, and makes a grindy, clicky noise when it does.
Any ideas?
I'm also wondering if anyone has an idea on the spacing for part 4 in the below diagram. Should the black moving metal piece be flush against the governer (10) or hsould there be a gap. Bike does turn over, but cant get 'er to start up...
all i wanna do is ride my baby
