Service manual and parts for 1980 KZ250 LTD

Looking for a good service manual (free is best! ) for KZ250 LTD.

Also, is there a place you recommend to buy parts? Mostly gaskets and stuff? I had an earlier post about engine noise and most folks were eluding to cam chain. Have not got a chance to look yet, but I am assuming I will need new gaskets to put the cam cover back on.
