And would assure the holes are clean before threading the bolts in, as it's best not to leave any residual gunge or oil in the threaded hole. A spritz of WD40 ought to suffice. But be careful it doesn't backfire into your eyes.

No locking agent required on case bolts. A dab of oil for lubrication on the threads is a good idea.

If you have the funds, I'd toss the crankshaft [8mm] bolts and install the APE studs in their place. Those, I red loctite in....

Check each bolt hole for proper fit before putting anything together, the bolt should thread in easily with your fingers. If you have junk in the threaded holes use a correct size Tap to chase the threads. Oil the threads and use a torque wrench as suggested.
