Actually, I've seen that technique used by a number of eBay sellers...list for a while at a price and if it doesn't sell, raise the price...I guess it works :huh:

I bet he's waiting for someone to come along who had it in their watched items list. You see that it got re-listed after the original ad expires, so you click the link and hit the BIN before you realize the mammoth price change.

Probably the same type of person who will list a part for the cheapest BIN but with an outrageous shipping price.
