Are there any manufacturers out there, other than MAC, that make an aftermarker exhast for the old KZ's? The old Yamaha exhaust that PO hacked into place had got to go, and I refuse to run straight pipes on it.

Any suggestions?

Vance and Hines still makes and sells them, at least for the 650/750 models (I don't know about other models).

I think, if you are looking for a new set of pipes, you may be limited to two choices, MAC and Campbell X-pipe. Other brands of headers will be available as used on eBay, etc.

I noticed that Dennis Kirk also has Sito exhaust systems, an Italian manufacturer, available for the 550's not sure what other models though.
