The stock MAC 2-1 that I run jets best with a stock 125 main jet and a 50 pilot which is one richer than stock 45. The 50 pilot is because they jetted the bike too lean to reduce emissions.

I have to use double gaskets on one side to get it to seal.

Bountyhunter, Any major shipping service( USPostal Service,FEDEX,UPS.etc)will sell you the box and material. Lots of theose places will even pack it for you. They will guide you thru the paperwork and ship it. I used to do ebay and shipped many items to europe. I don't recall where that CL77 exhaust went offhand, but I can say I shipped and exhaust system.

I don't have a plan and I'm sticken' to it! '77 KZ 650 / 750 GPz custom project in progress

Hi, just been searching posts on this subject. What jet/ needle changes did you make.
I've changed to 50 pilot but now seems to run rich. fouling plugs etc.
Would the Mac 2into 1 make it richer or leaner?
