help oil leaking around exhaust pipe/engine

i just noticed that theres oil coming out at the bottem of the header where it bolts to the engine. its not much about 2 table spoons worth in an half hours worh of riding. she doesnt smoke.so im confused some body told me to pull my header off and replace the exhaust gasket and a o ring thats sapposed to be in there.but my kawasaki service manual doesnt say anthing about exhaust o rings or i cant find it.its a 1978 kawasaki kz750 twin and cant ride till i fix it.

Is it the oil ring in the tach drive? If that o-ring goes bad, it will leak oil aroung the drive. It will look like an exhaust leak. If it is leaking oil out the exhaust port, you have bigger problems! Check the tach drive...wipe the are off best you can and see if that's the problem.

its not the tach drive .its coming out of the exhaust port looks like im gona have to rebuild the whole engine while i have her apart shes not very pritty bike but maby while i have her apart ill have her painted.this happend when i changed the oil i think i just bought her for $600 and the oil was black as can be.

Yeah!, if you don't change those exhaust gaskets all that oil that isnt supposed to be in your combustion chambers will leak out instead of getting burned up in the exhaust.
