My bad guys, I'm really sorry about all the confusion
Here are some pictures of my bike, hopefully someone can identify it correctly.
I'm currently still trying to remove the clutch casing and still no signs of budging.

Offhand, I'd say that is a 1983 (because you said so) KZ750N2 Spectre.
Shaft drive with fork boots indicate a Spectre, but I suppose it could be an 83 KZ750F1 LTD Shaft with fork boots added. The Spectre normally has gold colored wheels I think.
Have you removed the chrome starter cover that's on top of the cover you're trying to remove?
Starter clutch is inside the motor on a secondary shaft and can't be accessed from the side cover. You'll have to go through the oil pan to get there, but you still have to remove both side covers to slide the secondary shaft out, and I think the clutch assembly also.

thanks for IDing the bike steell, yeah I removed the life side cover(not shown in picture) but I can't access the right side because the clutch cover won't come off, i unscrewed all cover screws, i sprayed wd40 on the outside, and got help from some friends to try to pull it off, is there something I'm missing? I think I'm going to have to take this to the shop

okay finally, i got the clutch case off and clutch discs, now I'm trying to take off the centre bolt, the book tells me to use a special tool, is there any easy way around this or way of making the tool?

I made mine with a piece of 1/4" steel and an acetylene torch.
Sorry about the poor focus but you get the idea.

Hey guys, so after months of putting off my repair project, I finally got back into it, I finally got the clutch hub off and I started to take off the secondary shaft and noticed that the nut that was holding the secondary shaft was loose already, could this be the cause of the bike not starting?

Could be that it's an indication that the starter clutch has been worked on before, however I doubt that it's the root of your issues.
