Timing procedure -lines angled was created by guavatone
When I set up the timing on the cams the EX line was tilted downwards toward the front a bit. Is this normal or should I fix it? Also I think my intake line was pointing down towards the back.
Is it better to leave everything at TDC - the posiftion the cams are torqued - before intalling the Cam tensioner or is it ok to turn the crankshaft? I thought I recalled getting better timing by leaving everything at TDC until the valve cover and tensioner were intalled before turning the crankshaft.

Do you have the manual?
It should give you a number of links to count back from, this will save a lot of headaches (ask me how I know )
