I'm putting a new cam chain in the kz. had the head decked .0020 when I had the 810 kit done. I believe I need to adjust the cam timing tdue to that mod, but I can't seem to find slotted sprockets for the 750 anywhere.
I've seen the GPz 1100 (2 bolt style), but I have no clue if they fit the 750
Anyone know where to get these?

A Dremel would work a lot better, the bolt heads sit in a recess in the sprocket, and you will probably have to enlarge the recess to allow the bolts to sit flush.
It don't take much, .010" will probably work, but I'd go .020" just to make sure.
You can get carbide cutters for the Dremel, and a chainsaw sharpening stone for the Dremel works well also. I burnt up a HSS cutter on the Dremel after doing almost one sprocket

We make the GPZ 2 bolt, but they won't fit the 750.

Whoops,
I meant .020 was decked. Thats What I get for staying up late. I have the dremel and the bits, so taht shouldn't be an issue.
Do you use red loctite or anything like that once they're dialed in?
Thanks for the input

Red LocTight is a very good idea, once you have the cams dialed in. After you are sure the cam timing is spot on, then take out one bolt at a time and apply the LocTight, you really don't want to have to remove the bolts after applying the red stuff!

Okay I have everything ready to go to repalce the cam chain.
Except I can't figure out the breaking end from the riveting end. You can tell I do this often right? The Tool I bought is from Z1 enterprises (K&L35-7256)
www.z1enterprises.com/detail.aspx?ID=1693
Can anyone provide some insight as to which side does what?
Thanks
Matt
