Just a heads up.
was the valve job done before or after u had to replace the guide? generally u need to do a valve job after u replace guides. the guides dont always go in true. u may want to do a leakdown test to verify seal if u did the v job first.

The valve job was done before the guide/valve was replaced. But we did do a leak down test on it and it seals quite nicely.

Tried starting the bike tonight and it just sputters and pops a little.

Would be certain that cam timing is correct.

And that wire from 9 o'clock Dyna-S module signals coil firing outside plugs #1 and #4.

And that wire from 3 o'clock Dyna-S module signals coil firing inside plugs #2 and #3.

Good Fortune! :)

Turns out the magnets behind the pickups where installed backwards. After that was switched up the bike fired right off. It had an extremely loud valve on the right side so we shut it down immediately and pulled the valve cover again. One of the cam caps had not gotten properly torqued down and was letting the cam rattle I guess. Fixed that re-shimmed it, put it back together and it is soo smooth and super quiet!!

Everyone knows one problem leads to another though, I took it out for a ride and oil started leaking past the copper washers on the four corners (they where not replaced, just cleaned up) so I brought her home and now need new copper washers.

heat the washers till there red hot and toss in some water. they will swell up and you can use em again.
