Putting 750 cylinder on my 650B was created by pete@PMH
I wondered if anyone knows if I can put a 750(four) cylinder on my '78 650B. I found a clean cylinder with four pistons online. Wasn't sure if i could rebuild changing just these components. (ie. will the cylinder go straight on and fir the block and head, do i need to change con-rods etc...?)

You need to make the holes in the lower case a bit larger so the 750 sleeves will slide in, and you can use the 650 head. If using 750 head and cams, install the 650 cam sprockets on the 750 cams.
Don't use GPz750 heads or cylinder blocks, 80-82 KZ750 blocks have provision for the roller cam chain of the 650, I don't know about later models.
