yes cams can be installed 180 out :(

If you install them 180 out and give them a spin, you'll bend a valve. (Valve will collide with rising piston).

Ignition spark timing can be 180 off by either pickups swapped or plug wires/coil connections.

but if u time it 180 with top dead center it shouldnt hit right bec we did it and the valves did hit
