Can you post the numbers, and perhaps a year for the twin model? I can do some cross-referencing if you provide more info....

(1.) '75/'76 KZ400D - Commuter
(2.) '78 KZ750B3 Twin - Commuter
(3.) '78 KZ750B3 Twin - Commuter
(4.) '75 KZ400D - Sold

If you have the FSM the bearing colors and how they apply info is in it. The bearings have to match the rods and the crank if you are talking about rod bearings, if you are talking about mains they have to match the case and the crank.
I don't have enough light in here to read and quote the manual right now, but if no one else does then I'll do it tomorrow.

Yes you have to split the case to see what ones you need, but on second thought, you may be able to do it through the oil pan. You have to find the marks on the crank and rods.

13034-045 these are blue and can get these the others are 13034-043black and 13034-046brown. I have been gathering parts for this bike for an overhaul, it runs now but will be nice with a rebuild, I have new pistons,cams gaskets and have aquired a head and cylinder jug(on the way)and when I get everything the redo will start but in the meantime it runs

Jug and cylinder on the way hmm. guess I'll strain my eyes and see what I can do :)

Bearimg insert thickness:
Blue - 1.485~1.490 mm . . PN 13034-045
Black - 1.480~1.485 mm . .PN 13034-043
Brown - 1.475~1.480 mm . .PN 13034-046

Ok, you are going to have to bear with me on the next one, I'm going to try to recreate the table out of the manual, and the formatting may not be right :(

Crankshaft Marking . . . . Con Rod Marking
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . "1" . . . . . . . . "unmarked"

"1" . . . . . . . .. . 13034-043 . . . . . . 13034-046

"unmarked" . . . . . . . 13034-045 . . . . . . 13034-043

The mark referred to should be on the rod big end cap, and on the crankshaft counterweight next to the rod.

Connecting rod journel diameter:

"No mark" = 37.984~37.994 mm
"1" = 37.995~38.000 mm

Connecting rod big end diameter:

"No mark"= 41.000~41.010 mm
"1"= 41.011~41.020 mm

Hope that helps :)
