Original engine case #'s (76 KZ900 B-LTD) was created by Lennymon
OK i bought my 12/75 (76 KZ900 LTD) back in 1984 and i am the third owner and i met the 1st owner and he did not tell me he replaced the case but according to kz rider my case # is not original- 074555. I have been on ebay and found a case that is a 105### that is from a 76 LTD w/10,000 miles but this tells me it could be a A-model correct? I have found 2 A cases that are above #'s 086001 that match kz riders #'s for a A model but a B(LTD) should start at 108503 is this correct info or is my case original? I need a case because it broke below the shift selector causing the trans to come in and out of (jerks)3rd,4th gears. I am still building a KZ900 A model and can find a case for it on ebay(Z1E090007) no problem even though i have a spare 1974 case but i want to have matching case #'s for both bikes can anyone help me with this?

I already welded it up years ago and it broke recently again. I took the pan off and it broke threw and around the welds. The welds arent the greatist but i would like to remove the case and fix while i put another in Thanks!
