I'm wondering if someone can supply me with a cut away type drawing of a stock KZ650 muffler. I'm very curious as to how it's configured inside. Please hurry as I'm standing at my work bench with muffler and hack saw in hand:ohmy:

I have seen a pic of this somewhere, or rather a drawing. I just checked the Kaw website drawing and it's not there. I'll keep looking for you.

Now that i think about it, it may be in the Clymer manual, the one I have has a rider on a silver 650 for a cover photo. Not positive tho..

Many years ago when my bike was still stock a friend of mine that was a mechanic / tuner for Yoshimura modified my stock pipes with a cutting torch that was straight [ no 90 at the tip ] and re jetted my bike and I looked for guys with pipes and raced them. He was trying things for a box stock racer. He had my bike taking bikes with pipes all the time, boy would they get pissed. Then he used my bike as a jig for making Yoshimura pipes.
