Removing Stuck Kerker Baffle

I'm cleaning up an older Kerker can and want to remove the baffle for clean up. I can't get it to budge. Any ideas?

"PB Blaster", this is one of the best penetrants.
Soak it a couple times a day, for a few days. Use the whole can. Tap on it with a hammer for vibration, more PB, it will come out!

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Sounds like it should do the trick. I committed a sin and didn't look for a similar topic already posted. Here is one from 3+ years ago:

I have a Kerker in that same condition for my KZ650. Are you going to re-chrome it or coat it? Just curious and to see how it turns out.

The plan is to ceramic coat it. My father-in-law used to run a chrome shop and it is actually more expensive. Too bad I waited too long to make a decision ;)

I actually like the ceramic coated look better too. I've read the going rate seems to be around $125 for just the pipe if you shop around.

I'll post up some pics when I get it done.

Gotta please the bluehairs.... Would have thought that Cali has some bigger problems to sort out. Glad they are focusing on the really important issues.
