are you talking about the pipe on the bike in your avatar? does your pipe go under the engine? mine does not. too the side and straight out the back. the place to mount the name plate on my exhaust looks to small for V&H name plate to me.

frank.
isure believe your's could be an RC.. your's doesn't look likev/h pipe.. you go for the sidewinder you'll be doing the brake pedal mod.. the rear is not tilted up like the v/h street pipe..
i would be interested in your's if you get a new one??
i pm'd you about it
enclosed a pic of my old bike back in the 80's with an RC pipe if it helps identify yours!!

actually after rechecking yours it's a little different than my old RC.. but it looks similar to the star header also.

thanks for the responses, I may be beatin a dead horse on this one I guess. I've always thought it was a V&H but all the V&H pipes I see have the flanges made on to the pipes, mine are mounted with stock hardware. also the V&H name plates are riveted on, whatever nameplate was on mine was glued into a recess. maybe V&H have made changes to their pipe over the years.

The recessed area for the name tag on your pipe is too small to be a V&H. It is possibly a Supertrapp.
The guy on eBay selling the RC pipe for $2300.00 is on crack.

I wasn't really lookin to sell it, I want to replace it with the same thing just "new". this one is getting pretty rusty between the pipes and the megaphone is scuffed up from the previous owner. I thought if I could ID it I could see if they were still available. But, its lookin like I may have to go with V&H.
