I'd like to see what the guy's are using to hold down the cam chain while they degree in their cams when the Hi-vo chain is in place. Snubber/ guide block being in the valve cover of course, instead of a Idler wheel.
Just cut up a old cover? Or whats the other used methods? As without the guide pressuring down on the chain, the intake cam will be lost and not found.
Just seeing whats out there in use.

Good, I figured get a cheap cover and cut it would be 1 and probably the cheapest way to get good access.
Thanks.

EDIT: If some one has a 81 up "J" 1000/ 1100 valve cover with road rash or cracked they want to see go to good use, I'll pay the post. Thanks.

Otherwise I'll build something.
