Is it possible to reuse a head gasket that has been torqued and run for 5 minutes or is that a no-no?

Did the same on mine at last rebuild. Have nnot had a problem, but it's a very good gasket.

learned today tbhat the use of the high temp copper gasket sealer in a spray can helps in this
