Bet I got your attention with that one:laugh: OK,I am fabbing up a 4 into 1 exhaust for the Radian using a header from a 600 FZR and an open FZR can that I found cheap.Got everything sorta set in place and tacked today so I thought I would fire that mutha up and see how she sounded.Holy Earache Batman-way too loud.So cut a small metal circle that fit up into can, welded long bolt onto it,cut another larger circle for outside edge of can, drilled holes in both, tacked the inner circle in can, bolted outer circle on and ,voila, I have baffles.Started bike again and less loud but still cop attractor.I need help on something to pack the baffles with,Have used fiberglass and steel wool in the past but they burn up pretty quick.anyone got some better stuff I can use.Thanks. I apologize for using this forum for a Yamaha project, but the Radian site has no useful info.bj
