My KZ 550's JUNK needs Help! was created by KZQ
Hi Folks,

This 550 needs a starter clutch. I had to part the sprocket from the clutch to get the clutch/damper onto the primary chain. However I then could not get the sprocket into the clutch so I hung the boy high, perhaps I'll have better luck now that I have a better view.

I got it! the starter sprocket/gear has to go to the left of the oil pump gear. I couldn't see the problem without lifting the bike.

It's bolted up and going together.
