Later model pistons in 1075 block? was created by Headly
Gday guys,i have a 900 block with 1075 sleeves fitted.
I have heard you can use the later model GPZ1100 pistons if you run a spacer plate to correct compression height?
Does anyone know what year the wrist pins changed size, and what models pistons could be used as a "cheaper" option for a big bore kit when boring out the 1075 block?
Thanks in advance,cheers:)

That's incorrect. The spacer plate is required to correct wrist pin location difference.
