exhaust flanges was created by stonemaster
got a new Vance and Hines 4 into 1 Fri, took it out of the box and checked with a straight edge, the faces, three lined perfectly and one off may 3/32. the top alignment, two aligned and two lower about the same off, is this normal, the MAC I had was worse ... but are all brands slightly off ??/

One of my KZ1000A1s came with a new V&H (probably purchased in the summer of 2007 by the previous owner) and it has the exact same flaw as yours :) There have been issues with quality control in V&H.

Yup the vance and hines street header i got for my Z1 was horrible like your guys, my 650 was bad to ( i actually broke an exhaust stud trying to tighten it. The funny thing, the vance and hines sidewinder fits just fine, and so does my 4 into 1 mac header.
