Hi Everyone

Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of Yosh cam #103-01 for the z1's? Lift is supposedly .145 Intake and .120 Exhaust.

Thanks in Advance

Oh it would run alright! You could pull tree stumps with it, Literally! That motor would be for a tractor, not a motorcycle. :woohoo: I think he might mean .345 and .320 this would be close to a Z3 cam setup. Yoshimura was one of the few cam makers that did not use identical cam lifts for both intake and exhaust. I have a set of Yoshi Bonneville cams that are .380/.360 respectively. This leads to a very torquie motor. This is why on my GPz1150 I chose to go with .420/.410 setup. It works grate.

On the cam shaft close to the cam sprockets both cams have a #2 on them. Also on the ends of the cam there is a B on both. Any idea????????????

It has been a long time since I looked at my cams in the Z1R. Pictures would help.

Measure them. Measure the height of the entire lobe from the bottom of the base circle to center of the lobe tip.

Turn it sideways and measure only the base circle. It's probably 1.110"

Then subtract the base circle from the first measurement. That is the lift.
