not firing on piston 1 and 2

Hi guys, have a 1983 spectre kz1100, cleaned the carbs, but didnt take out the main jet just blew it out. Didnt know how till I asked on here and had it put together. Now the bike is only running on 3 and 4 cylinders. 1 AND 2 are not working. Pulled out spark plugs and they are firing but the pipes are only warm not hot like 3and4. Dont know what it originally did because it was so filthy I cleaned first. Help appreciated thanks

Remove your carbs again and clean all passages and pilot jets for sure sounds like 1 and 2 pilots may be clogged.

soak/scrub carbs,a can of sea foam in the tank does wonders also if you can take it out and put a few miles on it
