There are four of these rubber bushings, being two for each side of bike.

Look up the part on kawasaki.com (under frame fittings) and see the same part number 92092-010 as used in Z1E's listing. B)

That would be good enough for me. ;)

Good Fortune! :)

When viewing the diagram on kawasaki.com, each part shown has an abbreviated number (such as 34 for example).

The full factory replacement part numbers are listed under the picture, which correspond with the abbreviated numbers shown in the diagram.

Diagram #34 in the parts list shows 92092-010.
(The list in kawasaki.com isn't shown in this post.)

Should find this parts diagram on kawasaki.com for 1979 KZ1000 MKII, under frame fittings.

Good Fortune! :)

When different bikes are shown in the signature, it's a good idea to identify which bike is being asked about.

In this case, it happens that the same 4 rubber bushings are also used on the police bike. (See following post.)

While viewing the kawasaki.com parts diagrams, take a look at the additional information which shows all the numerous models on which this same rubber bushing is used, and also shows that the part is still "active," meaning currently available from Kawasaki.

It's often convenient that Z1E also uses the factory part number in listings, where applicable. :cheer:
