After getting my pistons and cylinder block installed, I check my Vesrahs gasket kit for my 1981 J model 1000 and it lacks the four cylinder o-rings for the head seals on the oil galleys! A quick check of Bike bandit reveals the list price at $7.82 each! After checking a couple of automotive dealerships and part places no one has o-rings that will be as thick as the stock one (or the right diameter). Any suggestions?
Since I am here... The copper plated 10.5mm washers under the outside head nuts. They are pretty wasted. Tried to clean them up, just ugly. I have another head from an early 78 KZ1000. Can I anneal these and use them?

I found orings from O-rings West in Seattle. They have sent some samples to try. I will add a further note when I receive them and install them into the engine.
