so i took my new KZ for the first ride today,i was pretty impressed by the power in low gears but i thought that maybe it was running kinda high at highway speeds.at 70 miles/120 km im up to about 6000 rpm's in 5th gear.is this high??i still had plenty of power at that point but im just not sure since this is the biggest bike iv owned yet.thanks !
Sounds a little high, but my sons L3 has a 32 tooth rear sprocket so that drops the highway RPMs lower.
Maybe if you have the stock sprockets that would be normal RPMs.
