Finding seals and O rings? was created by polkat
It's my '82 KZ750H3. The output shaft (that drives the front sprocket) is leaking from it's seal. It also has a somewhat smaller O ring in front of the seal that I suspect is shot as well. Also, the big O ring that goes around the oil filter cover seems to be leaking a bit as well (although it's fairly new). My question is, where can I find these rings and seals without paying a million for them? I'm poor!
Thanks!

Usually when I buy an oil filter the big O ring comes with the filter..... so your next oil and filter change should take care of that one.

Looks like there are $4-5 a seal for all of they stuff to seal the side cover, and there is 2 seals where the shifter goes through the sprocket cover. Looks like you need your VIN # to get the right seals as there is a change mid production.
92050-024 should be the output seal.

You can buy o-rings at most transmission supply shops if you know the size...you are looking at pennies per ring that way.
