Hi Folks,
Still having problems with oilleaking from the oil take-off.
I already renewed the 18mm O-rings. Now i am thinking of putting bigger O-rings in it. Somebody had this problem before? Need advise/help Where to buy bigger O-rings?

My after-market Oil Cooler Fittings that came with the Oil Cooler did leak after installing (if this is what you are refering to). I had to remove and sand the fittings flat with sand paper. Both fittings looked flat but when you slid them across a piece of fine grit sand paper you could tell the fittings needed to be "faced or machined flat"(the term used by a Machinist friend when I told him what I did)I then re-installed and have not had any problems. Hope this helps.

That sanding trick always works ,,,,,,,,BUT
Tape the sandpaper down on a piece of glass,
The thicker the better,
Wet or dry sandpaper is best,
The black stuff.
Wet it with a few drops of something slick, just a bit.
For small parts I just spit on it, I know ,nasty.
If you want to see what you are doing, color the surface with a sharpie or other marker.

For a new seal, or any seal.
Look in your phone book for an industrial bearing&seal supply house.
The now make seals that seal on all 4 surfaces.
