Leaking Carbs was created by mooney

Ive got an 80 kz440, my carbs have developed a leak in the fuel line where it splits into a T and goes to each carb. I took them apart and the o-rings are still there. has anyone had this problem?

Could replace the 0-rings or wrap then with teflon tape.
