Ok, so my bike and clutch was fine until I did something to it. I just got done with the chain/sprocket replacement. Got the rear wheel back on, adjusted, and it is off the stand. Now the clutch does not engage

I got the sprockets changed out yesterday and the chain fed. I noticed after I put the sprocket cover back on the clutch cable was too loose. I adjusted the cable and it is the perfect tension. Problem is that when I let the clutch out all the way it is not engaging. Could this be from me turning the adjustment knob under the cover? I really don't want to take the sprocket cover off again to play with the clutch if I don't have to. Please tell me there is an easy fix... I didn't even get into the engine so I think it should be.

I was thinking, hoping that's all that was.
