Idle Spike. was created by whitedevileone
Probably a simple answer to this, but i'm in the dark.Have an 83 440LTD.When i'm cruisin the idle is fine. When i start it it's fine for a while. But after 30min of riding or so whenever i stop the idle spikes to 4000rpm.Especially annoying at red lights and in traffic.I've adjusted the idle down to between 2 3rpm when in neutral but it always seems to work itself back up.Is there something sticking?
Thanks.Scott

Good Fortune!
