IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE MOTOR MOUNTS BETWEEN A CHAIN DRIVE KZ AND A SHAFT DRIVE. BASICALLY I NEED TO KNOW IF A CHAIN DRIVE MOTOR WILL BOLT UP IN A SHAFT DRIVE FRAME WITHOUT HAVING TO FAB ALL NEW MOUNTS. DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT ANY AREA BUT THE CRADLE, EVERYTHING ELSE IS GONNA GET CUT UP AND MODIFIED SOMEHOW

Agree with PLUMMEN...just as long as you stay within 'families' e.g. 903/1015cc family vs. 998/1089cc family

motors mounts are the same, just the output shaft area is a little dif.

76 KZ, frame gusset work,1200CC.Ported by Larry Cavanaugh, 1.5mm.over intakes, Carron Pipe, ZRX12 rear end, and seat,96zx9 front end.
