1015cc head gasket on a 903cc yes/no was created by GregZ
I called a local independent bike shop been in business
30 + years specializing in kawasakis. I needed a one piece head gasket for a stck 900. He tells me he does not carry them only kz1000 gaskets . Said they work fine on a 900 and he does it all time. any opinions on this?

Likely okay, based on the following info shown in Z1E listings:

single copper


single fiber


early Z1 single fiber


half of 2 piece Z1 and 900


half of 2 piece 1000

Good Fortune! :)

z1 enterprises lists 1 piece head gasket for z1-kz900
Still recovering,some days are better than others.
