Hey guys I am just wondering how important those small 10 mm bolts found on each end of the cylinder head are. there is 4 studs per cylinder but then there are the little bolts on the end of the head where the dowels are. the reason I ask is well one snapped off in the block, and well no problem drill it out, well it wouldnt be a problem if my cheap china drill bit wouldnt have snapped off in the hole. so I tq the studs to spec, should I have anything to worry about
thanks

Well, if they weren't important, Mother Kawasaki wouldn't have designed and placed them there. On my 1100, the PO stripped one of these bolts...I took the time to drill it out and TimeSert it.

The 10mm bolts going up into the head on the 750 twin are REALLY important: they keep the head gasket from oozing oil at the front and back...... guess how I learned that.
