head gasket

I lost my book and searched the forum for this but cant find.need to know if anyone can tell me wich way to install the head gasket. wich way goes up.75 z1

On mine, the gasket isn;t exactly symmetric. If you flip it, it doesn't fit right. Not sure about yours.

if using 2 pc stock gasket, my old school 73-77 manual says to put the head gasket(s) on with the "wider crimped edges facing up"...hope that helps.....keith
