The 650 cases have to be bored out to accept the sleeves of the 750 cylinders. To tell you teh rest I would need to know what kind of cam chain do you have? Hyvo or roller?

In that case, you need to make sure that the 750 head and jugs have the provisions that allow you to use your cam rollers.

the 81 82 650 case will take the 750 jug with no mods, if you just want to use the head get it cut all the way to the 45 degree seat, if its an early engine get an 80 750 head so you can use the early timing set up, 81 and up 750s use the hyvo chain

Once you get all the proper stuff you can use a die grinder to cut the cases out yourself. The stock 650 head will fit on the 750 jugs in case you just wanna buy the jugs. Speaking of jugs, if your gonna get them off E-bay then you won't know the condition until after you buy them. So don't get pistons for it until you've measured them out. Of course since its all torn apart you could just get the Wiseco 810 kit, bore it, and get that extra little kick.
