Well, i found a bike in my town on craigslist for 600 bucks. Seems kind of iffy on whether i shoud buy it or not... He said it has been bored out to 1045 CC's...
Is that even possible? Not to acquainted with the engine stuff so i don't know.

Doubtful it was bored from a 750 cylinder... Would have to replace the cylinder w/1015cc then bore up... I would think the head was different as well...

Spend the $600 on your KZ1000 kid... ;)

If the bike is truly a 1976 KZ750B...then it is a twin, not a four cylinder....aftermarket equipment to boost the bike is practically non-existent and it would be truly remarkable if the bike were punched to 1045cc...the few reworked 750(T) that I am aware of didn't even come close to that displacement....1045 is a common upgrade size for the KZ1000, which weren't in production until late 1976.
