Cold motor, just re-torque (specified sequence) from where they are....

Keith (500 miles), check shim to valve clearances... Me, being a nervous sissy checked at 200 miles... :blush: and I was glad I did due to exhaust valve #1 issue as mentioned to you.

NOTE: This had nothing to do with Larry's craftsmanship... As posted, was the camshaft/bearing wear itself

will do...its nothing fancy with the braided....i took it for a mile or two down the road today.....i stayed below 5k and it ran well.....i think i will recheck my chain tension now that it has been run cause its either that or the liska
sprocket or a little of both sounds like real crap....

The Liska top idler on my engine has not proven to be noisey at all. I've heard guys mention they are sometimes...

being very aware of the problems of overtightening on chain tension, i am going to tighten it up a little...

cam chain loose as a goose!!! all set.....c'mon warm weather.....
putting up a short vid tonite....
